At Ayudra, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in ensuring product quality, packaging, and delivery. This policy explains the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and replacements are handled.

Order Cancellation
a) Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
To cancel an order, customers must contact our support team as soon as possible.
Once cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable timeline.
b) After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
In such cases, customers may refer to the return or replacement section below (if applicable).

Returns Policy
Due to the nature of herbal, consumable, and wellness products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the cases mentioned below:
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
- The product received is damaged
- The product is defective
- The wrong product was delivered

Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
You must notify Ayudra within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos of:
- The product
- Outer packaging
- Invoice/label
Once verified by our team:
- A replacement will be shipped, or
- A refund will be processed, based on availability and internal assessment
Ayudra reserves the right to decide whether a refund or replacement will be issued.

Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
Refund processing timelines:
- 7–10 business days (depending on bank or payment gateway)
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to Ayudra's error

Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Product delivered in good condition and used or opened
Change of mind after delivery
Taste, smell, or personal preference-related concerns
Delay in delivery due to courier, customs, or external factors beyond Ayudra's control
Freebie products included with the order

Freebies & Promotional Products
Free products provided with orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Freebies cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted.

International Orders
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will not be provided for delays or rejections caused by customs authorities.

Dietitian & Consultation Services
Dietitian consultations, holistic diet plans, and expert guidance services are non-refundable once delivered.
These services are personalised and time-bound.
